What is expected from event attendees?

We expect all attendees to come ready to have fun and contribute to the experience. Our events thrive on friendly competition, so while gameplay can be strategic, it should always be good-spirited and fair—no cheating or meta-gaming.

To ensure full engagement, leave work behind and embrace the adventure. Treat fellow players with respect, and participate in activities as much as possible. However, if an activity makes you uncomfortable, you are welcome to opt out.

Players are welcome to act, but role play is not mandatory. Each player may also be asked to have a quest for other players to complete.​

​

Do I have to create my own character?

No! While many players enjoy creating their own characters, we can provide one for you if you prefer. Just let us know in advance!

​

Do you accommodate food restrictions?

Yes! We always plan meals around dietary needs and preferences, ensuring a variety of options so that everyone can enjoy their meals.

​

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cannot attend an event, we will do our best to find a replacement for you. If a replacement is found, you will receive a refund. If we are unable to fill your spot, a refund will not be possible.

What is your payment policy?

A deposit is required to confirm your spot, and reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are unable to pay in full upfront, let us know—we can arrange a payment plan. Full payment is due one month prior to the event.

What should I bring?

Players are encouraged to bring costumes and props to fully immerse themselves in the adventure. Since some games involve movement, please also bring comfortable athletic wear.

How is transportation organized?

Transportation depends on the event location. In most cases, we coordinate shared transportation, such as rental cars or taxis, to ensure everyone has a way to get there.​​​​​

What are the sleeping arrangements?

This depends on the accommodation at the event. Sleeping arrangements can vary based on availability. The accommodation may provide access to private rooms, shared rooms, or even tents. The price of the different rooms will vary.​

Are kids/pets allowed?

This depends on the event. Our games are designed for adults, but if children attend, parents must supervise them at all times to ensure they do not disrupt the experience for others.

 

If pets are permitted, owners must closely supervise them and ensure they do not interfere with the games.

​

Is drinking allowed?

It depends on the event. Alcohol is not included in the event price, and while casual drinking may be allowed, players should not drink to the point of intoxication that it disrupts the games that we play.

Can I take photos/videos?

Of course! At the end we will share all of the media together and even create a memory video at the end for everyone to enjoy.
